RISE scholars participate in university-wide symposium

Eleven Research In Sustainable Energy (RISE) summer scholars presented their work at the Consortium of Summer Undergraduate Research Experiences annual research symposium held virtually for the Ohio State community. 

Students presented their RISE research project results to their peers, Ohio State faculty, and the greater campus community during a live virtual poster-session held through zoom on July 29, 2021.  Students were tasked with pre-recording a ~10 minute presentation outlining their project scope, methodology, and results. These recordings were made available for registered attendees to view a week in advance of the Symposium. At the Symposium's live Q & A students were given 3 minutes to present a quick overview of their research results and then fielded questions about their research by members of the audience.
